I can see why they cut the intro out of the final version. It doesn't really create the effect that the album version does, and it unnessarily draws out the song. It sounds good either way, though.

i can see why too. especially since it's the closing track of the album (technically it isn't actually, but it is the closing track with lyrics) and closing tracks usually have long outros, not intros

exactly. The sudden transition from wind-up into the verse from this song invokes alot more feeling in the song. The intro would have made a good final track, though.

@ultrazproductions thats a pretty sad way of stating things, I too loe Thursday but I also love the more technical music like JS Bach Mozart Necrophagist Obscura. Art is different the pure emotion these guys are a great outlet but not great art. Just because you either havent taken the time or dont understand art does not devalue it, it simply means your missing the point

Nope, it is you who is missing the point. Some of the best artists could never actually draw an apple to look real. What you are talking about is talent. Once someone is good at painting a life like recreation they can do it over and over again, much easier than portraying emotion over and over. This is the best way to say it, the Lord Of The Rings movies suck, not because of the amazing directing, effect and story but because of the lack of emotional performance and response.
