His father was HATED by Elmwood Park, and since that is the primary crew, it was decided when Nick Calabrese (the real snitch) ratted that Frank Jr. would "rat" too, just to make sure his father would never be able to get out of prison. The Chinatown crew was then sanctioned over to the Caruso family.
