Sorry, I don't see the use of MMA semi-contact - OH that's right - going to class to learn how to score first on the opponent- funny the first real battle one of these guys or girls get into they are going to pull their punches and kicks - thereby being defeated. Once again the way you train is the way you will respond in a real situation.
what does doing 5000 sit ups and 1000 press ups have to do with the skill and knowledge he's supposed to know? Getting the crap beat outta him shows that he's tough yes.. stupid too. Great ne-waza, stand up needs work.
Guys I can understand the negitive comments here, but you have to understand what you're looking at. This guy trained for 6 hours, including the aformentioned 5000 sit-ups and 1000 press-ups. He then walked 2 miles along some pretty harsh shoreline. Then sparred for 6minutes straight against 6 fresh black-belts. This is an example of spirit above all else.

It wasn't that bad. Those guys were bigger and were higher ranks. But I think he got mounted too easy.

he kept shooting the legs, and ended up getting tapped out everytime he did that. I guess that's why we don't shoot the legs.

You just resumed all faith, you cant beat having a hard grading, so many on here are just given, having to work for them is soooo much better bravo.
