Kurt had like 10 cabs and a Rack Mount pre amp combo... Like Hendrix got feedback from 3 plexi fullstacks... Trouble is I wouldn't recommend pushing your equipment to the limit. Kurt and Jimi use to go thru cabinets and speakers really fast.. it also depends on volume not so much the pedal. any distortion pedal would do

He only destroyed Japanese Strats which were all modded with a hotrail at the bridge. Well, there were a few other axes that got pummeled. The important thing to remember is the Jaguar, Mustang(s) and Mosrites all were spared.

idk which mustang ur talkin about, lol but a blue mustaine that was his is in the rock and roll hall of fame and so is a white jazz master(i went there over summer, one of them is in a case before the actual museum part and the jazzmaster is in this section where they have a bunch of grunge stuff from de 90s
