  • rg, thats acctually not acid, its acctually heavily-poisoned water, so heavily poisoned that samus' suit will take damage on contact.the flaahgra is the source of the toxin in the water, but i sure we are already aware fo that.

  • Why is it that virtually every life-form on every planet wants to kill you and happens to be bullet-proof?

  • They are all territorial and/or aggressive. Been there, dealt with it. :)

Maybe if they just stuck to hoarding food they wouldn't be in this mess.

  • I just don't understnad why everything that wants to kill happens to be bullet-resistant. Why do aliens get the good stuff and we humans get no advantage?

  • They're not really bullet-resistant it's just that since this series timeline is futuristic plasma, energy cells, etc. is the weapon of choice. I'll bet if you had an M16 and a full clip you could mow down these beetles in a few rounds or two. It's just that when it comes to something like meta ridley you'll need plasma or lasers. A rocket launcher just isn't going to get the job done fast enough.

You're not very nerdy are ya, Tuckerscreator? lol.

  • I can be a very nerdy and obsessive person about details. Did you know that Sylux's gun in Metroid Prime Hunters would do nothing in real life because it fires neutrinos, which do absolutely nothing? Did you know that the Anniliator beam in Metroid Prime 2, which causes a fusion of matter and antimatter would create an explosion greater than an atomic bomb? I'm a sucker for details. And I get annoyed when the Chozo, the most advanced race ever, make a suit that can't kill a lowly bug in 1 shot!

  • I personally wonder, why do the scans say that the Chozo here abandoned their technology, yet when we arrive, we see blue doors and mechas everywhere?

  • Abandoned as in they left their tech on Tallon IV. They didn't take it with them to other worlds.

  • Are you sure about that? I'll have to re-read the scans but it sounds like Tallon IV was meant to to be non-technological. I guessing they put it all up after the Leviathan came.

  • i like your work, just saying you got to much time on your hands :P

    internet+sarcasm=Dont work

  • like the naratives RG, add's some flavor, one agian your some one who has nothing to do all day, and we applaude you, and i'm sure someone out there wants to rape you

    have a nice day :D

  • That experience is like that for every human. There's always a good fan and a bad fan out there.

  • Oh yeah, I'm glad to see you were able to do something with the brightness so we can see the videos now. Great work RG

  • The HD quality I believe fixed everything. You didn't notice it because I only tested meta ridley in HD. The rest was tested using the old method.(There's still some small fuzziness but I can let it slide.)

  • my only complaint with all of the metroid prime games is all of the dang backtracking you have to do, unless If you glitch and brake the game it is annoying as hell to find everything, plus, If you don't know where some of the chozo artifacts are, they are hard to find.

Good watch though, almost makes you dizzy doing all of that z targeting lmao

  • crox, every time you visit the temple with an artifact you just found, its pretty likely that you will find a new clue or two on the totems;scaning totems will reveal them.

  • They released the MP Wii Trailer recently. Wii controls were exactly as I expected them to be. They've also incorporated the Spring Ball into the game.

  • It seems they did an insane amount of stuff for PAL. Why would they rush the NTSC like this?

  • Actually, MP1 is the only Prime game to incorporate changes into the PAL version, MP2 and MP3 are exactly the same in both versions.

And just to confirm, I got two copies of Prime and they both contain a narrator, which suggests that all PAL versions contain a narrator.

  • Then I only have to envy the PAL version for one game. :) Unless, of course, they make the changes to the NTSC Wii version.

  • I think their adding them in.

Just be thankful though that your version is easier to sequence break.

  • I'm not very good at sequence breaking, though.

  • Oh, I meant that they've put the Spring Ball into the Wii remake coming soon of this game, not the PAL version. Hope that clears up any confusion.

  • I honestly don't see a need for the spring ball in this game unless they are going to add some new areas needing it.

  • It works like it did in MP3, flick the Remote up to jump. Makes jumping sections quicker, that is all. You have it from the start.

Check out the Wii trailers of the game if you want.

  • Watch these videos in full screen on low quality and count the squares. lmao. Ok it's not my idea of a pasttime but it's still one.
