I love how so many are bitching about keeping this video short and simple. If you can't handle watching the extra details then leave. I personally enjoy when a tutorial maker actually, ya know, BREAKS IT DOWN and shows what they are trying to demonstrate. The eyeliner ruined it!! U rele need to work on applying eyeliner you don't do it think my the inner corners of tour eyes. It's thing by your tear duct and gets thicker as it goes out to the outer part of your eye then you do a "cat eye" line directing up to the tip of your brow. And I'm only 12 btw

@issane288 Primer Is something that keeps your eyeshadow from creasing (when your eyelids get oily and it goes into the folds of your eyelid), makes eyeshadow more vibrant and keeps it lasting all day! You can buy primer from almost any makeup brand such as E.L.F, covergirl, L’Oreal, ect. You can put it on with your finger or a brush and put it from your lash line 2 browbone!
