I did not catch how much Tumeric, red chili and coriander powder to add. You just put it in and did not specify the quantity. Can you help?

I apologize for not being as articulate. I am trying to get better with that. I used about a heaped teaspoon each of coriander powder and red chili powder. I used 1/2 a teaspoon of the turmeric powder. You can vary the recipes based on your taste.
