man u make it look sooo easy!!!! Doing a kong is so tough for me, i can do a monkey vault over a rail or a thick short wall but wen its a bit 2 thick, say more than half of my body size. i can't do it, i just end of sitting on it then vault over
I reckon no offense to Urban Freeflow they're great and all but they need to put some effort into the making of tutorials rather then just having a clip with no commentary or walkthrough Thumbs up if you agree
@kracemaniac There are specific ways to do things in Parkour so you can do them as efficiently and as safely as possible, I don't want to see people throwing themselves at obstacles, that's why learning how to do it is important, idiot.
@Evilsock1285 They actually say that the best way to learn is on your own, just doing it. Everyone has their own style and flow and the very heart of parkour cannot be taught. It's instinct and you can't teach the instinctive and intangible aspects of parkour. What may feel "right" or efficient for one person, may not be for another. It's all about going from point a to b the most efficient way possible for a specific individual. That's the entire point. Trial and error is key.
@kracemaniac well, no, i don't think people should just go out and do it. they should have an understanding of how the movement works as well as the physical limitations of their body. this is where a "walkthrough" would come in handy, i think =)
@RalbongStudios best tutorial ever, because when you lern this in just a couple minutes with a huge tutorial you won't have much experients and you won't lern to listen to your body

@1LIKE2TR1CK There's no need for a "Walkthrough" in parkour. Just go out and do it. And stop asking for thumbs up, that's dull.
kracemaniac 11 months ago 11
@kracemaniac i agree u dont need thumbs ups. but i wouldnt recommend just going out and doing it, find a gym and take parkour class.
