My great grandfather built and lived in the house at 15 Henry Avenue until 1923. That's on the block between Bay View and Liberty. This looks like it might be a block or two further west.
I used to live at 45 Henry ave. I know people will call me a racist for saying this, but this is exactly what happens when whites move out & blacks move in. The same scene is being played out across this once prosperous nation. It kills me because Newburgh was one of the most beautiful cities in the Country, and now it has been tarnished as a modern ghetto.
@strong8action I lived in 49 henry ave. for the first half of my life and I can say that there were no problems when it was blacks and whites living there. Not one racial issue ever and the street was nice. When 3 houses on the block had spanish families move in and they packed 3 houses with, no lie, 40+ people, that's when shit went down hill and we moved out (around 93). Also, Crack didn't help. lol
YOU NEED TO DEMOLISH NEWBURGH AND GIVE IT BACK TO THE INDIANS

I saw the story/photos on their union page. Good to see the brothers from my old stomping grounds (OC) again.
