I use raw shea butter and it is very good on my skin, and that is an understatement. It doesn't smell the greatest but it isn't terrible. The benefits of it are soooooo worth it. If you haven't tried it yet I highly recommend it, as long as it is raw and unrefined, which leaves in ALL the vitamins and good stuff.

this is a load of crap. People rave about everything, people attribute healing and cosmetic properties to everything. Everything you find, they rave about. Look onlin. Emu Oil, Jojoba Oil, Rose Hip Oil, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Aloe Vera. I'm sick and tired of delusional people raving about every single thing that exists. NOw they are gonna say that even shit and diahreea have very good properties on your skin.

Actually, shea butter soap broke me out. I hate the fact that I never tried making my own soap but I do love Dove for sensitive skin.

@Seyahhsod I totally agree with you. The only thing is that I use my dog's diarrhea, not mine. Mine is too oily and greenish, so I prefer to use my dog's one. I look stunning. I went shopping in Beverly Hills the other day and everybody was complimenting me. The only problem is that I have too many men/stalkers who want to date me.

@crisstabella I use it straight out of the jar. It is yellow and solid, but melts easily in your hands when rubbed. I have recently started using another type of shea that is mixed with a few things. The brand is Shea Moisture and I believe it's called Organic Shea infused with hibiscus. I LOVE the smell, but he jury is out on weather it's as good as the raw shea (I've only been using this new product for a week or so). I still continue to us the raw shea though. Hope this helps.

i agree w/ Hajalin. i bought some 100% african black soap & some 100% pure african shea butter (whipped) yesterday. i washed my face w/ the soap & moisturized w/ the shea butter last night & i could tell a diff in my skin this morning!
