Just thought I would make a comment...Conan seems to be swimming well...but with my 2 guys I found that the life jacket...did not hold there chest up too well...so I got a noodle cut it in half and attached it to the inside chest peice...the dogs love it...they can just float around now with no effort.
The owner sounds like a dick.
