This is excellent for you. We don't need to go thousands of miles to see Mary and Jesus when they can be found in the same Mass next door. We should believe in the holy eucarist, and that Jesus is there in the flesh when you recieve him though communion. Here you are coming into direct physical contact with Jesus. He is litteraly entering our bodies. Through the eucarist, everyone is experienceing a far more real and closer relationship with Christ, than any apparition.
I've been there 17x and I try to explain to those who believe in science and it seems so hopeless. The one thing I tell them though is; how can science explain my sight? I've never been blind but, after looking at the sun for at least an hour+ ( I know that we're not to do that and I've been blessed to see the miracle of the sun a few times as well) I can still see. The way I see it is this, Jesus raised the dead and healed the sick yet witnesses still didn't believe. That's why we must PRAY!!

Therefore, there is no heresy or anything and we also do not know what is best for each person, maybe they are not suited to receive the Eucharist (mortal sins), but Our Lady also says to go to Mass as much as possible (the visionaries, the people of Medjugorje go every day). If the apparition of Mary appears before bishops , priests and/ or Cardinals of the Catholic church and declares that "our lady of Medjugorje proclaims Jesus is God" then I will believe it. Laity is not sufficient to give validity and it remains a private revelation .
I am not implying you worship the "apparition" but the point of any valid apparition would be to lead believe in Christ and salvation , not the particular vision or apparition. After conversion ,the Eucharist must be the center

Our Lady of Medjugorje says Mass is the most important thing and she says to the visionaries, "If you were to ever to have Mass at the same time of the apparition, skip apparition and go to Mass." Therefore, there is no heresy or anything and we also do not know what is best for each person, maybe they are not suited to receive the Eucharist (mortal sins), but Our Lady also says to go to Mass as much as possible (the visionaries, the people of Medjugorje go every day). Keep going.

Just because you don't go to Mass every day doesn't mean you shouldn't listen to God. Mary is in Heaven and she can read our souls and she knows we're not perfect, and she knows how to bring us closer to God (no matter how close you are, she is almost guaranteed to be closer to God), therefore, you should listen to her because she knows what the world needs, she is your Mother and she loves you so much.
