You automatically win at life for playing this song on the Cello.
If I could say anything, the piano seems too much like its playing staccato. I don't know if this is how it actually is, but the notes should be a little longer on her part.
However, very well played by the both of you. It would be very awesome if you could have this recorded.
Thank you for your compliments! Anna tried to simulate the sound of guitar strumming by playing the left hand notes short. The right hand is written as 16 notes offbeat; the left as 8th notes on the beat. The two hands alternate, so she played all notes short.
Thanks a lot for this great interpretation, and as clmusic47 has written, with such togetherness. You don't seem to need to look at each other, and yet the timing was perfect. And thanks for the "life" given to the so lovely melody through aptly chosen slides.
Perhaps could you tell me where i can find the notes to buy.I play Cello and Piano it wuold be really great if you tell me where i can find the arrangement. Thanks a lot
This arrangement was made simply by transferring the top, melody line from Granados' "Andaluzas" to cello and leaving the rest for piano to play. I changed some octaves to accommodate the cello range, added some triple stops, etc. to make it more idiomatic.
What a great father and daughter team performing perfectly together! There was some very interesting finger work on the cello in this arrangement. I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to hearing more from these performers. Thank you for sharing!
Congratulations !!
Beautiful arrangement and perforomance !
The cello fits perfectly in Granados musical atmosphere ...and the piano
girl is very good too !

Konnichiwa! Im looking forward to see new ver.
btw, room is nice. I think ...
the "poor light" is very fits and draw out romantic melody. (maybe this is Japnese feeling ...
I watch this video very often. so,I'll try to play someday!

Konichiwa! Thanks! We recorded it with poor light and with only one 'take.' Hopefully we can re-do it again soon.

I do not have music for it. I play by memory.

good job
id recommend a suspension pedal during the beginning parts (and repetitions) of the piano
id also recommend more of a longer/suspended ending with the pedal for the piano
other than that, good job 4.5/5
