This is such a refreshing video, all you see are Atheists everywhere these days. I am 17, and since I was born my dad always taught me about God and to love him, and put faith in him. This summer, I became depressed and almost committed suicide, but something changed in my life, and God made me stronger in so many ways that I now have such a rewarding relationship with him. I live to please him, to love him, and to feel his grace and eternal spirit.
Fo those that doubt and are genuinly interested ask the Lord. He will show you the way through his counselor the Holy Spirit and heal your Soul. My original prayer was God I give up. What I did not know at the time when I received his anointing was I was really giving up being me and turning to a Lord who would show me the way to serve a world that is lost in need of hope, faith and love. Stop trying to challenge the guy and just let him talk about what he believes in. Yes, religion has caused many disputes, but there will ALWAYS be religion around. And there will always be dispute. People need to stop focusing on the negatives and just start tolerating each other and accepting others for what they believe and stop trying to convert everyone. Sheesh.
I completely agree! We can't just say that we know God is real and count on him to save us. We need to surrender our pride and and admit that we need him. This is hard for many people I think, because we all want to feel that we are the ones in control. But the truth is that there is so much we don't know about the world and life. That's why we've got to have faith that God has a plan for us. Whenever I'm sad or afraid, I remember that.

Therefore any alien life forms were also created by God. That is my own belief.

That is an interesting viewpoint but fundamentally flawed .There are many who are born into other religions that turn to Christ ,and many are martyred as a result . To say that the Truth is not found in other cultures is misleading and just plain wrong.
@JesusMessiahLord There are also many who are born into your religion and turn to Islam or Judaism and feel that they have found "Truth" or been saved because of that change. There are also many who leave all religion altogether. If you had been born in ancient Greece, you would be preaching about the strong connection you feel with Zeus. Earlier this year Christians were saying the rapture would happen in May and they also believed that was divine "Truth."

And their are many who convert from christianity to other religions for similar reasons that others convert to christianity. when you look at the big picture, there are large amounts of people who have faith in other religions; are they all wrong? Also ,the book is called the Revelation of Jesus Christ .John wrote all that he saw and heard . He was caught up into Heaven and was shown things which must come to pass. Did you know there is a special blessing for those who read the prophecies of this book ? See Revelation 3 .

People may not have the oppotunity - as has been the case through most of history until the missionaries of the 19th century got extremely busy. People may not have the desire to convert, they may believe, as you do, that the religion they have always known is the correct one.

i have accepted Christ ages ago. i'm still struggling living a Christian life now. i dont know what to do. im pressured with the people's expectations around me. they want me to succeed in life. i am doing what they want, in every possible way, but i know im losing my soul. it' just a disaster. im scared that one day He will come and i'll be left behind because of backsliding.

well.. I think repentance is BEFORE salvation, because first you need to ask forgiveness then Jesus give us salvation with the forgiveness of all our sins... Mark 1.15 "REPENT and believe in the gospel", Jesus didn't say "accept me in your heart".. WE need His approval and forgiveness, He DOESN'T need our approval... what i'm trying to say is that we CAN'T be saved WITHOUT repentance.
Jesus biblically forgave sins and then He would say "sin no more" .He didn't say "sin no more" then I will forgive you . Jesus is salvation and He leads us unto repentance which means turning back to God's ways,not merely being sorry for something. I agree as I have so many times in these comments that repentance goes hand in hand with being born again. Have I not said that we all have sin ? We all need forgiveness and that is accomplished by turning to God through Christ .

@AeroplaneLOL I respect your question, I think i have always believed in God because the knowledge of there being a divine and higher power both loving us unconditionally as well as judging us justly, fills me with a sort of peace. It makes me feel that there is more to people and life than a jumbled assortment of coincidental Ions and particle put together to make life. The idea of being made with a purpose and some greater design helps me understand that there is more to life than we think.
@AeroplaneLOL 1 hello, i can tell you about my experiance. i've been a christian for 6 years now. i didnt use to believe in god. until one day. i went to a christian camp. a man was talking to the the youth about the gospel that all men fall short of god, all are sinner's. we deserve to go to hell. but christ died on the cross that we might be saved he atoned for sin if we didnt accept what christ did for us for salvation.

To answer your questions, 1. where did everything come from: As in all the matter in the universe? Good question, that is a mystery. 2. It's probably closer to 4 billion years, much longer. And it doesn't seem improbable given that much time... we are talking 4,000,000,000 years here... that is a lot of mutations for life to go through.

Absolutely you are correct . I have been asked this several times. We are to repent which means turn back to God's ways . Receiving Jesus cleanses us of our sins ,and then we have a comforter and rebuker in the Holy Spirit to help guide us and keep us on the narrow path to God through Christ Jesus . Repentance is not a prerequisite to salvation, but it actually comes after being saved.

i like your views, i belive them, i think that it is harder to become saved, i do belive that you have to ask god into your life as you mentioned, and that god is to work through us. i dont think after we ask we are instantly saved and automatically live our lives pleasing to him, i think we ask and we have to try to avoid sin, though we will still sin, and we have to try to live in a way that we belive will satisfy him. that we have to change our lives ourselves with his help through prayer
I completely agree . I hope I didn't give the impression that it is ok to live however we want after being saved. The Holy Spirit will not let us live in continuous sin ,and we will grow in our Christian walk with Him . We need to seek the Word of God daily and stay spirit minded and lean on the strength of Jesus when we are weak . We need to pray to the Father in the name of Yeshua and seek His face daily. I completely agree! We can't just say that we know God is real and count on him to save us. We need to surrender our pride and and admit that we need him. People may not have the oppotunity - as has been the case through most of history until the missionaries of the 19th century got extremely busy. well.. I think repentance is BEFORE salvation, because first you need to ask forgiveness then Jesus give us salvation with the forgiveness of all our sins... Mark 1.15 "REPENT and believe in the gospel", Jesus didn't say "accept me in your heart".. The idea of being made with a purpose and some greater design helps me understand that there is more to life than we think.

@AeroplaneLOL 1 hello, i can tell you about my experiance. i've been a christian for 6 years now. i didnt use to believe in god. until one day. i went to a christian camp. a man was talking to the the youth about the gospel that all men fall short of god, all are sinner's. we deserve to go to hell. but christ died on the cross that we might be saved he atoned for sin if we didnt accept what christ did for us for salvation.

@AeroplaneLOL 2 if we were to leave and get hit by a car we would go straight to hell.. i didnt just believe his words that god was real. i felt god presence for the first time in my life through what this man was saying. i didnt accept god , because i started having doubt he was real even after just feeling something i've never felt before . but my sister accepted jesus as her personal saviour. and she changed , she started going to bible studys and i went with her bcoz

@AeroplaneLOL i was even more curious about god. and to feel what i felt the first time. is thisreally real? again and again the bible studies teacher would ask me if i wanted to accept christ i kept refusing coz i had to much pride. on night i went to sleep .god gave me a dream. what i dreamt is in the book of reverlations , i had never read the book of revelation, i didnt read the bible.that dream terrifyed me and humbled me. i then accepted jesus and did the sinners prayer. the thing is

Why is everything a puzzle when it comes to religions, do we really have any proof for gods existence, is god a weird psycho who gets kick out of confusing people or by making people fight amongst each other. "god works in mysterious ways" is not the answ i am exptng.
I am not here to fight but only to discuss and learn ( i would be really be happy if some one provides me with proof of gods existence (hell- whos doesn't want an assurance about rebirth after life and stuff - its a fantasy)

why do all the athesists hate on christianity. all we do is preach love and acceptance, most of us any way. if anything we teach moral conduct and how to live your life properly. also, how do atheists explain, 1. where everything came from, dont say the big bang, 2. how humans came around from single cells in like 650 million years. seems improbable.

@KingOCleveland Not all atheists are like that. I am atheist - and you are probably wondering what I am doing watching this video, right? It is because I would simply like to understand what compels people to believe in something I can simply not believe in myself. As for your questions I am really not bothered to get into that, and as atheists do not have a set belief every individual believes what he or she wants. Now, as for the moral conduct thing.. not all Christians do. Sorry!

@KingOCleveland There are plenty of Christians who are not like you describe, and religion is not necessary for moral direction. To answer your questions, 1. where did everything come from: As in all the matter in the universe? Good question, that is a mystery. 2. It's probably closer to 4 billion years, much longer. And it doesn't seem improbable given that much time... we are talking 4,000,000,000 years here... that is a lot of mutations for life to go through.

@PeshyMr Anything is possible through Christ ,however why would you sin on purpose knowing it is a sin? Understand that we are truly in a battle for our souls . Read Ephesians 6:12-16 , and see if you are wearing the FULL armor of God .

@PeshyMr yes you can :) keep praying for forgiveness and ask god to help you with what your struggling with. god grace is stronger than sin. he can deliver you from the power that sin has over your life. because jesus defeated sin at the cross. how to gain that victory that Jesus won for you? simple faith in the finish works of the cross. you got saved through the cross. your help comes through the cross and god the holy ghost will help you, to help you in your every need.

@CDKJS Christians don't tell atheists that they will burn out of spite, but out of love. We don't want people to be caught in non-belief and go to hell. But I agree, some Christians just preach condemnation which gets people's backs up. Please remember that if you seek God you will find him. He will give you the opportunity to accept Him, I pray that you will accept his gift of salvation when that opportunity presents itself.

God is truly? amazing no matter what happens! He is ALWAYS there for YOU! Its hard sometimes to do what he is trying to tell you...but you just haft to believe what ever happens..theres a reason why it happend! its all in His plan! Just BELIEVE! Im a Christian its hard sometimes but just stick with it! You will accomplish something out of it! God is Awesome!

Thank you so much for making this video. It's very encouraging. I have a question though. Isn't repentance an intrinsic aspect of salvation? I know many times in the Bible it mentions repentance, for example, Acts 2:38. I'd just like to know your thoughts on that. God bless.

Absolutely you are correct . I have been asked this several times. We are to repent which means turn back to God's ways . Receiving Jesus cleanses us of our sins ,and then we have a comforter and rebuker in the Holy Spirit to help guide us and keep us on the narrow path to God through Christ Jesus . Repentance is not a prerequisite to salvation, but it actually comes after being saved.

i like your views, i belive them, i think that it is harder to become saved, i do belive that you have to ask god into your life as you mentioned, and that god is to work through us. i dont think after we ask we are instantly saved and automatically live our lives pleasing to him, i think we ask and we have to try to avoid sin, though we will still sin, and we have to try to live in a way that we belive will satisfy him. that we have to change our lives ourselves with his help through prayer

I completely agree . I hope I didn't give the impression that it is ok to live however we want after being saved. The Holy Spirit will not let us live in continuous sin ,and we will grow in our Christian walk with Him . We need to seek the Word of God daily and stay spirit minded and lean on the strength of Jesus when we are weak . We need to pray to the Father in the name of Yeshua and seek His face daily.
