I completely gave up on chemical hair removers, most of them burn my skin too even in 3 min, and the funny thing is it burns my skin first and some hairs arent even removed. so I just stick to shaving or waxing.

Uh... did you READ the directions? It says to leave it 3-5 minutes (not 10!) then check it, and to absolutely not exceed 15 minutes. It says to TEST it on a small area for sensitivity. You have to do small areas at a time (a big hairy leg is probably too much at once), work FAST and rinse it off quickly and completely. I got burns in my armpit once from about 7 minutes.
