It's really good. I watched the video where you talk about the editting process a bit and even though I think it's good, I think you should also introduce the voices and try to make it a bit more technoish after u introduce the drums for about 30-45 seconds. From there, u can also introdue voices and what not, so we can tell that this great beat comes for Sinner Man. As it is though, this sounds like a boxing game soundtrack so tweak it a bit and go sell it to EA for their next game!
