Nice form. It has been hard to find the correct LCUPCD form online. It is almost exactly as I was taught. Performing it slow and with awareness is the best way to achieve great results.
I was taught this many years ago and would like to start doing it again. I was taught much slower and can not find a video that does the routine twice as long. Would you consider taping a slower version?
@Deariedo you can email Dave, the guy in video, for a 20 minute version on DVD: Lift Qi Up & Pour Qi Down in Paradise. $25. See his email address on his qiforlife org website
Another good resource, Master Chan's website, chilel com
ps: youtube does not allow urls so i can not put in .org and .com
I wanted to press 'like' but pressed dislike by mistake, sorry, don't know how to undo it, but I really like your practice, excellent and thank you for putting it up! (I also added a like and put you on my faves!)

@electricprunes1
the thing is , every move is performed relaxed and with little tension .
the focus is on qi penetrating the body with each breathcycle .

@IrisLavy Ah, no problem. It looks like you can click "Like" and it will change from "Dislike", I think.
Enjoy the Qigong (Daily practice)!
