  • Bless your heart my friend..PEACE + LOVE Lors Scotland x

  • Look at all those people walk by not helping. Seesh! lol At least one random act of kindness was given! Nice dude!

  • YOU ARE VERY KIND

  • Beautiful act of charity. If only we were all like that. It sickens me when I see millionaire stressed out businessmen and women in their £1,000 suits with £100 aftershave and perfumes, walking straight past those who have nothing but the filthy blanket wrapped around them.

Please, rich people - can't you be a little more kind to those who have nothing?

  • maybe he doesn't want recognition guys, maybe he wants all of us to see so we can do kind acts like him

  • today we were downtown and donnie gave a homeless his cheese crackerss haaha .

  • WOW...maybe there are some decent people left in the world afterall...you are a very good person for doing that...god bless!!

  • This act of kindness was so "random" that it was video taped before hand and uploaded to You Tube. Right. . . I like your bag btw, very hip. . .

  • u want recognition for ur kind act ..y vid it and put on utube

  • Kyoung Mih Park, rofl.

  • good job!

  • Well Done

    Great Person

  • it would be really funny if that guy wasn't homeless

  • should have fed him poison lol

  • if u were the homeless person then i would feed you poison xD

  • @iwanttotrollyou i got a question for you. were you'r parents brother and sister? cause anyone in their right mind would have the maturity and the respect to not wish death on someone in that situation. I hope you get a taste of you own medicine.

    ~Twi5ted.

  • @twi5tedlemonz Lol you're such a fucking faggot, go die in a pit of fire

  • Comment removed

  • @iwanttotrollyou I'm surprised an incestuous prick like you understands vocabulary past a third grade level. Congrats

  • your awesome dude

  • everybody should do what you did.

  • You are awesome.

  • you are amazing!

i wish there was more people like you out there.

  • awe :)

    thank you!

you're a great person, I can tell just from watching this.

  • nice (:

  • i would help em...its just hard to distinguish the homeless peopel who won't use your money for vodka ya know.

  • one time i bought a hotdog and a coke from a street vendor and i saw this homeless guy next to an alley, so i walked up to him and said "Hi, are you hungry? here have a nice hotdog and a refreshing coke" and then walked away feeling happy, i wasnt hungry either haha but felt kinda bad for the guy

  • ur very nice but try doing that in ny wow lots of homless peps.

  • i would like to add that a true act of random kindness to make those "acts" anonymous.

  • That's not necessarily true, mike3yo, but it does tend to bring up the question: Why does this have to be a public display of kindness to constitute as a "random act of kindness"?

...But I'm not cynical. I still think it's really great to see videos like this, but I believe it'd bring on a whole new dimension if he sat down and recorded a conversation with the homeless person(s). That truly would have made the video complete.

    5 stars anyways.

  • Randon acts of smug self-congratulation.

  • i ended up homeless after relationship breakdown because a friend of mine sexually abused our daughter most people r not 2 bad but i have been beaten half to death for being homeless pissed on called every name going and the usual get a job yes i did have a drug problem i have been clean for 3 years and volunteer as a drug counsellor but i always buy a big issue or give change to a beggar not everyone is on class a drugs i met ex solicitors, policemen, even a lord so don't judge

    thanks ricardo

  • That was really nice of you! You should be proud of your self :)

  • omg that was so nice a few peole are nice like u!

  • this is awsome few people would do this ive thought about it many time before but have never gone outta my way to really make a difference... this makes me want to better myself and the world around me!

  • naww that is so cute!! its so good of u to do that! AND SEE THEY WERE RLLY NICE (to ppl who r bein dumb about homeless ppl) - and all u who say theyre just druggies... if ud tried to get work n failed and had no place to live what wd u wanna do for fun?? lol

  • fair play... but he probaly would have prefered some crack or some skag...

  • Its people like you that give homeless people bad reputations so.... I belive the apopreat thing to say to you would be .... fuck off, and learn more about the world before makeing false asumptions?... yea I think that about sums it up...

  • I was replying to elrik9000, not saying that to the maker of the video... ^^;

  • @drewvolker......first off i probaly know a bit more about the subject than you think. And perhaps you shouldn't take things so seriously!!

  • nice work mate. God bless.

  • Nice, there should be more people like you in the world. You have inspired me to do this when I am older. I am only 16 now and going back to college in September but when I am 18 in university hopefully I will remember this and try to do some random acts of kindness

  • yeahh!!

  • oh that's so nice!

  • Sucks for you, because if you were homeless no one would give you anything.

  • hahaha that made me laugh out loud.

  • Oops... I meant to say that to the people who were saying that the homeless dude would prefer crack or was going to stab him if he couldn't smoke his gifts. That KKK wannabe, wherever they went.

  • It is time for some people recognize that most homeless do want to work, and as them, they once had a house, a job, and all the usual commodities. I guess people just don't want to think that some day they might be homeless too. But just because one doesn't think about it, that doesn't mean that isn't possible.

  • That's a very stupid thing to say.

  • what a nice young man. almost too good to be true not many people like that around

  • woooow this is just sooo lovely :o)

    your such lovely people

  • hey, fuck all you people that say giving to the homeless is bad. personally, who cares what they do with the food, its their choice. and secondly, it makes people around you think, hey, what can i do to help. unless your an ass.

  • addiction and maybe they have a mental or a physical disability and they cant work becuase of it. even if thay can get a federal grant , maybe they choose not to get it becuase they dont want to feel differant. maybe they want to fit into the rest of us so that they feel like they have a life and a job and a home and they want to feel normal for once. share with the homeless no matter what position their in. put yourself in that position for a moment and think about it. just think about...

  • i think what you did was great and maybe they cant do certain things and think about people, what if you had a drug addiction and you couldnt stop? huh? think about it . its harder to quit than you think it is. that addiction keeps feeding off of you and feeding and feeding until you are suck dry of your life, your money and everything you have until you decide to steal something or kill sombody for either drugs, money or both! think about it for a couple minutes. and maybe they dont have a drug

  • me and a freind went to edinburgh near christmas and did that exept we bought james (the homless guy) a nice hot in fact two happy meal and he blesed us!

  • I wish more people were like you :) Where I live all I see every day is "chavs" going round ruining everything, so watching a video like this is a change from the idiots i see roaming around the street every day, it's nice to see a kind person once in a whole, keep up the work

  • well done bro! making the world a better place we need more people to be jst like you!

  • I disagree with that comment "adding fuel to fire"

I know of a lot of homeless people who suffer from things such as mental conditions, they were left untreated and fell through the crack

We don't know how they got there.... We never take the time to ask. So why not do something nice.

Some homeless people are alright.Like the guy I give our empties to every other morning. He rides his bike behind our house and I bring them out. I don't mind one bit. He is actually pretty cool. anyways =-P G/J!

  • Dude you're just feeding the fire. They put themselves where they are, through laziness or drug addiction or both. They've got nobody else to blame but their own lazy stupid selves.

IMHO if they want food they should get off up their butts and go get a job, like the people they are leeching off have to.

The irony is that in London at least, beggars often make more money than what blue-collar people get to take home after tax after working hard all day doing a full time job.

  • Situations differ. Some people don't have the will-power to actually get back on their two feet to do something about their lives.

It really comes down to what they've been through.

Course, you can't always judge a book by its cover, sometimes you gotta read the text.

  • yeh its always as black and white as that you fucking idiot.

i hope you lose your job one day and have to live on the streets and then you'll appreciate that youre only ever 2 paychecks from homelessness.

  • i dont get it, what are trying to say here? people become homeless easily?, giving them a sandwich doesnt fix thier situation? anyone living on this planet knows that already dude, at least this isnt a film about a homeless guy being given £20, and then following him as he goes and buys his fix, then continues to film him as some bastard pisses on his face while hes passed out on the curb, which is the image of homelessness that convinces people acts of kindness like this are wasted.

  • its easier than you think to be become homeless - how many people have negative equity due to their mortgages being higher than their home values, during this economic downturn. couple that with rising interest rates, and some people with large debts are going to have cashflow problems, which COULD lead to homelessness. Do you really think everyone who sleeps rough is an addict? why dont you stop reading the Daily Mail and fuck off.

  • dude if you read what i said you realise i never said everyone whos homeless is an addict, its the IMAGE of homelessness that we have, i have only read the daily mail once btw.

  • i agree

  • (cont.) and the doctors told him if it hadn't been for the blanket they gave him (It was a space blanket btw) that he would have died.

  • My aunt and her boyfriend got together one Christmas and put together a few care packages for homeless people. They consisted of basic things you need to survive the winter cold, some food, gloves, blankets, just some basic things they got from the dollar store. But one homeless man in particular came back and talked to them a few months later to thank them again for what they did, because he had been hospitalized over the winter for I think it was hypothermia, or something similiar... (cont.)

  • Just because *some* people may choose to do bad things with the kindness you show them doesn't mean you should stop being kind. Sparing some change or a two dollar prepackaged sandwich won't hurt you. So even if they're not so genuine, why let it stop you from being a good person anyway?

  • really cool how you shared healthy foods, too. homeless people can typically only afford fast food, which, of course, is detrimental to their health. props on your random acts of kindness!

  • Yea............What he said!

  • awesome !

  • I just wanna give you a biiiiiig hug!

  • God bless you , dude.

  • According to people that aren't homeless. The only thing a homeless person would spend your money on is booze and drugs. But they have to eat sometime. That person may not have been homeless, he might be an addict. He also might not be, and he may be hungry. I just think that is a really kind thing to do, and what would this world be like if everyone was like that?

  • Great to see you do this, regardless of what the person's habits are I think it sad that anyone be forced to the streets.

    Well done =)

  • where was the video shot at????

  • That is really kind except for how do you know that guy was truly homeless? I was really annoyed once when I was on a bus going into Manchester and I got talking to this guy who sits in Warrington claiming he's homeless when really he lives in a posh area of Manchester. Since then I only give money to those that are selling The Big Issue at least then I know for certain they are genuine.

  • you are one of the most kind persons that i have ever seen on utube.good work mate you have love for the brothers of the world.keep it up :0)

  • how the fuck would they get a job looking like they do? its harder than it seems you prick

  • Awesome job, more people need to take a lesson from you.

  • I think it was very nice of you to offer. ^_^ I know, when we were in a big German city, there was a man digging through the garbage, and I was with my cousin, so we just left some food on the bench, and walked away for him to find it. There was no one else around really.

  • That's only in states and such I believe. But it's a whole new thing if you go to the 3rd world countries. I agree, don't give money to the bums here in States. 90% are reported to spend their money on drugs/hookers.

  • yeah thats why whenever me and my friends give bums money, we make them promise not to use it on booze and cigaretes. but they do it anyway. i dont see why they would only further hurt themselves by depending on those things, but i guess thats what got them there in the first place

  • If you don't include illegal drugs, they take that as permission, lol.

  • well its one way of getting through life, i mean what are they gonna do? use your 3 dollars to buy a house and get a job?

  • I was homeless for a year and let me tell you... you condescending do-gooders ADD to the shame of it. The "giver" in this video did not earn good karma; he incurred a karmic debt because the act was for HIS benefit, not the homeless man's... this "giver" made himself feel good at the man's expense. Clueless "altruist" will never know what its really like to be homeless.

  • so youre against helping others?

  • You total prick.

How did you get a home?

In what way is it condescending? Knowing that someone can't afford food, and helping them out?

  • Good deed but a bad deed if you take a look into my profile.........

  • this inspired me..im gona do this one day. ..and for all of you who say they'll sell it to buy drugs..thats why you sit with them and have a nice talk(:

  • Change?

  • great job@!

  • :,)

  • You should never give money to London's homeless beggars, as I said before almost all of it goes on drugs. You are fuelling their drug addiction. Studies have shown that almost all homeless people have mental illness, alcohol addiction, drug addiction...usually a combination of all three. Do not give money to the homeless in London, even homeless charities and former homeless drug addicts tell you not to give them money.

  • but hes giving them food......

so why do u have to say that........

u are a saint man. i live in chicago and theres a lot of beggers

ur vid has inspired me. im gonna go feed a homeless guy

    XD

  • ur a joker.

  • @heely234 IWASA CHEF AND BOUGHT PEOPLE MEALS OUT OF MY OWN POCKET

  • That's why they gave food

  • While your statement might be true, there are an overwhelming amount of people who truely just hit a stroke of "bad luck". People lose jobs, get divorced, and suffer other unavoidable things. I volunteer with an organization that feeds the homeless. We talk and form relationships with many of them. Some are on the streets for a few months ;some are only there for one or two days. Many are veterans, college graduates, and aren't mentally ill.

Things aren't always what they seem.

    Godspeed.

  • good job man!

  • wow, we need more people like you. I would but im only 13 but i will when i am older, i would love to see the smile on their face when i do :) really cheered me up.

  • Well we are 13 an live in london we have a show on youtube and we might do stuff to give back to the public. You should try it aswell fayetefrog. ('titch')

  • He probably would have preferred crack or smack. Now that would have been very kind, you would have a friend for life!

  • wow the kindest I have ever been to a homeless person is giving them a box of crackers and a bottle of water...will deffinitely think more about that in future thanks man your a real inspiration...

  • Subscribed your really cool :D

  • Kindness is NEVER wasted.

Keep up the good work, no matter what some might say!

  • At winter i often buy loads and loads of carpets and hand out to the less privileged.

  • this is what i did except it was in winter and i gave out clothes

  • Nice work guys

  • BOOOO =[

  • Do you know the homeless person in question? No. So don't judge a book by its cover.

This was a lovely thing to do.

  • "Almost all" and "99%" sound like opinions not research.

  • Myabe you are right but I still give food to homeless people. I will not give money but if someone says they are hungry I feel that I have to give some food. And I do believe that most if not all are on some kind of drug but hunger is hunger. And I am a concervative I am not your run of the mill hippie.

  • Evian54321 The sooner youre homeless the better you sick bitter lying pityless bastard, rot in hell for your selfish opinion motherfucker. Good job you guys keep it up, you are LEGENDS!!!

  • Well you prob live in the ghetto dude. In my old place there was 'homeless alley' about 20 homeless people lived in the alley. I would sit down and talk to them. There was only a couple that ended up on the street because of a drug addiction and one for a alchol addiction. The rest ended up on the street for reasons you dont want to hear (sometimes I wish I never asked, especially after seeing pictures of them). Some of them dont 'want' to end up on the streets or like it just happens

  • In China there is a custom to take a doggybag with you from the restaurant to give to a homeless...

  • What a wonderful thing to do. You will be rewarded

  • omg, that's so sweet! We need a lot more people like you to make this world a better place!!! Love you!

  • man, that was awesome, it almost made me want to cry :P

  • that man is so handsome kk

look like ma darling k k

    Your kindness is beyond words.

    love you ♥

  • nice =]

cool idea made him very happy

  • the world needs more of this

  • very cool indeed, major karma points!

  • He looked so happy :)

  • dude u made me cry

    :(

  • you're an inspiration! well done!

  • ever watch the movie "Pay it Forward"? Props to you man, 5 star.

  • nihonjin desu ka?

well anyways you are like me. sometimes when i see a hobo i tell him to get up and i buy him a meal from a nearby fastfood restaurant. i feel sorry for them even though i know most of them have done bad things.

  • Wow... it was very generous of you... Are you Korean? I love korean people...you handsome... I think you guys are really cute. Anways, I hope little things can really change the whole world.

  • Fantastic message- may this encourage others to do the same *****
