A mythology scholar? That's quite a term. :0 I've know about this for quite a while, I actually joined his Yahoo group on mythology a few years back. XD

...I guess I'm a mythology sponge, I've been absorbing myths and gods into my head since I was around 10 years old. *melt* Mythology is one of my passions, maybe that's why Saint Seiya is my favorite anime. xD ...I really want an anime centering on Celtic myths one of these days. Or Mesopotamian. That would be awesome.

Ah bugger. I didn't know you actually had deep intellectual discussions as well, until a few minutes ago. I would most certainly like to attend at some point, perhaps even debate a bit, circumstances allowing, but my woefully inadequate funding and alienated locale do nothing to help with that. Good morning, sir. Wow, I will definitely check this out! You are one of my all-time favorite voice actors (along with Steven Blum, Andy McAvin, Tiffany Grant, Vic Mignogna, Chris Patton, and others), but it's also fascinating to see you exploring the mythology of western/eastern animation. Also, the music reminds me of one of the tracks in Wolf's Rain (I love Yoko Kanno).

Excellent stuff here. I find academics stuffy, elitist, and full of hubris...but you're an exception. Keep it up, man.

Oh, the one at MCAD was so awesome! The hour drive down there was totaly worth it... it was just unbelievable! Really, I can't even put it in to words... it was just so...AGH! I loved it. I wish teachers were able to make lectures that fascinating. Best hour an fifteen minutes of my life.  It didn't even feel that long, it felt like ten. And getting a hug from Crispin? .....MOUTHWATERINGLY GOOD!

Hes right about the stories. What attracts me to Xenosaga and Final Fantasy is that I can relate to certain characters on an emotional level. And these games also help me to deal with real-life situations. For instance, knowing your real friends from the fake ones knowing who you can trust. Things like that.
