  • i have a female ball python and she need her shed removed form her eyes this was every helpful but i was just wondering if you should give them like a bath soo say first just to help it

  • Great info, thanks. I was unsure what approach to take but this was great. Thanks again.

  • @hovasrapture Glad it helped.

  • we've had our ball python for about a month and a half. It had a poor first shed, sadly due to my inexperience, and never shed one eye-cap and head skin. I was nervous about performing what was in your vid. since 'Snickers' is a juvenile, but it went well. He just had a good/better shed, except the eye-cap again. I soaked him and q'tiped him and now he looks great again. It's almost like it's soothing to the snake - I've never been able to get close to his head before

  • hey man great vid, just did what u did and it worked great, amazinly she didnt squirm to much for a bigger ball, thanx man

  • you made it look waaayy easier than it actual goes. Great video!

  • i did this JUST to my female BP and it worked great. :) she can see now

  • @LizardsUnleashed I am happy it worked for you.

  • OMG. You guys make it look so easy.

  • hey thanks for the vid i got the eye cap off after watching this great vid

  • @vibesucks I am glad it helped.

  • @repsrul thanks

  • A BRO WAT DO YOU USE TO MOIST IT

  • @manuelrod96 just water. I will soak the snake for sometime and wet the q-tip with water.

  • I use the same solution, works everytime!

  • 145 is very good thanks for the vid

  • @pooh28248 Glad to help.

  • yeah man! you saved me! totally got my snakes eyecap off, because of this video. barely had to hold the snake and he wasnt pissed at all. best solution ive tried so far

  • @varigated I am glad to hear that it worked for you.

  • I wonder if they ever go blind or anything in the wild from that.... anyway great video! Glad it's off.

  • @BallPythonLuver I am sure they do loss there eye if multiple eye caps build up. Thank You

  • nice job.I'm not a snake person but that what you just did looked perfectly fine you me.the your snake didn't look stressed at all.

  • @cjcarlosnumber1 Thank You

  • Bump up the humidity for the next time! That has to be stressful for the snake!

  • My humidity levels are between 50 - 60 percent and when they are in shed I give them a little extra every other day. Sometimes it just happens and this guy is prone to (I dont want to say bad sheds) less desirable sheds from time to time. Thanks for the comment. Yes a bad shed is stressful for the snake. Right after I finished the video he eat a nice fat F/T rat ween.

  • Your snake is so mellow. My ball has the temperment of a burmese.
