Eltham is a fucking shit hole and floyd666uk has got it spot on. Full of the lowest of all low life. As for Labour dining out on a swimming pool, it'll take hell of a lot more than that to restore what was once an ok place to live. Yeah, well done Labour!
i personally dont give a shit about the liesure centre at the moment. the transport at the moment is in dire need of change. I have to goto beths grammar school. i walk to the top of glenesk road on weekdays, and i wait for - i timed it one morning- and it came to about 18-19 minutes. Since the Bus was a Single decker, it was packed, and just went past the stop. Then i waited another 20 minutes just for the same thing to happen. Make 132 Double Deker again!

Looks really good its great at last to see Eltham getting some improvements long may this trend continue. Well done to Clive Efford also has really got the area he represents at heart unlike many other politicians.
well done labour, eltham still needs more improvements with transport but it's been so much better since Clive was elected i worry about getting another conservative in who isnt bothered about the local area like Peter Bottomley and just wants to spend their time in Westminster sucking up for a job.

Eltham gets one new leisure centre and it's all due to wonderful labour is it? get your facts right. 20 years ago when bottomly was in charge at least Eltham was a half decent place to live, it wasn't teeming with skag heads and the council flats weren't handed out to ex-cons who turned the estates into sh*t holes e.g. the tarn flats, sherard road etc. the facts are Eltham has turned into a copy of Woolwich. Yeah, well done labour.

I lived in Eltham 15 years ago (got i feel old, went top eltham hill school also) this place looks good, ill take a look when i visit next....
