Unfortunately that graphics card will not fit in the iMac, it is designed for a regular PC tower style case and for connection to a regular external VGA or DVI monitor. The iMac on the other hand as a proprietary graphics card so your only option is to either get Apple or an Apple repair center to replace the card or try and find a suitable used card on Ebay that has been pulled from an iMac.
@camerongray1515 huh. I did notice that it looked like a graphics card that only fit inside a tower case. Do you know if ATI made an iMac version of it?
@Pizzscn As far as I'm aware Apple did use the card in their iMacs but they would not have released this card to buy for the public, it will only be available to repair centers. You may be able to find one used on Ebay though.
