  • Kuj si ti?

  • Ladies & gentleman let me introduce Mr. Rick Wakeman on keyboards at 2:02.

  • the best

  • Ozzie Osbourne the legendary one and only Prince of Darkness, brother \m/

  • what to b in a world of unknown! take a ride to the end of the road, wake up in to the door way of hell!!! look around & ask that man of red with horns & a demonic smile, fire burning around us & ask, WHO ARE YOU!!!!!!!!!

  • Hey guys, let´s bang the head for Sabbath! \m/

  • I´m german and nearly 30 and i love Sabbath! My dad hear them, too! Melodic Metal! Great!

  • You thought that it would be easy, from the very start,

Now I found you out, I don't think you're so smart!

    hehehehehehe...gotta love it!

  • klassik sabbath backtrack ....killer!!!!!

  • sabbath forever....!!!!

  • all time best band in the universe <3 ozzy days my fave <3

  • am i only i have poor spelling o3o

  • ami the onley 14 year old girl who listens to sabbath??? probably...probably

  • @Hawkbreath101 I used to listen to black sabbath when i was 12..im 41 now and i still love them!

  • @Hawkbreath101

    i hope not.

    tell your friends, youngster.

    keep the torch lit.

ive been listening to sabbath for 30+ years, and it will never get any better than this.

  • @Hawkbreath101 my daughter is 14 and loves Priest and Sabbath. We saw Priest live a few months ago and we will go when Sabbath comes next year. :)

  • @captainfroghammer errrrr actually i think they will come this year. forgot it was 2012 lol

  • driving my 1970 fastback cranking sabbath smoking a fatty the good old days rock on sabbath

  • I sold an 8 track of this, at a garage sale yrs ago.. Wish I had it back now too..

It was almost new.. Bought it as a replacement for a worn out one.. But immediately changed to cassette shortly after.. So it was never played much.. The 8tr tape was from about 77-8, and never left in the sun..

Can't count all the Sabbath 8tracks I wore out in my Olds 442 factory player back in the day!

  • @1w3rn3r good ?

  • I traded best of James Gang for this album back in 7th grade French class - friend/aquaintance said he didn't much like it and I knew that I would ...had to buy another copy when my friend left it on his dashboard and it melted to warpy unplayable status.

  • @marmas58ink Nice story. My cassette melted when our house burned. I salvaged vol. 4

  • @skyehoyt1971 Ouch... sad story... in lots of ways. I'd hate to lose albums that I loved. -- Occasionally I've thought, what objects would I 'go' for if I woke up and the house was on fire.... my cd collection would be ONE of the first things...

  • another great song.

  • Sem dúvida Black Sabbath é a maior.

  • i fucking love sabbath.

  • This song is amazing, love this album. This is and Sabotage are my favorites.

  • @bassmanjoe Couldn't agree more. Those 2 albums are absolute standouts. Ozzy voice was amazing in Sabotage and SBS.

  • Rick Wakeman strikes again.

  • bad drugs are bad. good drugs are good. lsd comes to mind. 60's acid, not pseudo 2011 stuff.

  • :)))

  • Someone needs to Majorly extend the length of this song. 4:12 length is too much of a tease. Needs to be at least 10 minutes or more,heck,17 minutes like that Pink Floyd song "Dogs" would be great.

  • @bobbyd7085 Oh shit yeah, man!! Good call!

  • JUST ANOTHER KICK ASS DEEP FUCKIN SABBATH TUNE!!!!!!!

  • Who are they? Ladies and gentlemen, they are The Who!

  • @Apjooz Bullshit, Sabbath can play The Who hid behind distortion

  • O.0

  • This song is one of their best>>>>>(M)

  • Iirc,Ozzy is playing the minimoog on this.

  • This song is about God

  • I am Saboo. Who are you?

  • lol,1 loser in this video. He's so dumb

  • i fucking love this!!! it takes me into something else!

  • i love black sabbath!

  • Rick Wakeman going all dark and spooky here. No wonder Yes wanted him gone.

  • @zzzxxyy rick wakeman is one of the all time best!

  • @cyberwaffles Yes he is. Yes was just stupid.

  • @zzzxxyy what are you talking about? Rick quit the band, they didn't want him to leave

  • @randomstofil After ideas and lifestyle changes weren't agreed upon.

  • @zzzxxyy The main reason was that Rick Wakeman was unhappy with Tales From Topographic Oceans. He was unhappy with the bands direction. Also, his solo album "Six Wives of Henry... something" was selling in large quantities. So he decided to leave Yes and pursue his solo career. But yeah, lifestyle changes was a contributing factor.

I don't miss Rick Wakeman on Relayer, i think Patrick Moraz was a worthy replacement. For me, Jon, Steve and Chris was the backbone of Yes

  • @randomstofil oops, this is truning into a Yes discussion. I don't think Rick even plays on this track :p

Ontopic: Criminally underrated and overlooked song, so is Looking for Today. Sandwiched between the magnificent tracks Killing Yourself To Live and Spiral Architect

  • sabbath bloody sabbath very good yea

  • Synthesizer overkill

  • Hold on, Rick Wakeman is a freemason. surely a bunch of working class boys from brum would never allow such a person to perform on one of their songs.

  • WHAT A deep sound , of curse mr rick wakeman.......

  • Ozzman at his arguably best!!

  • Now I see where Rush, Kraftwerk and all those other bands in the '80s got the idea to use synthesizers from. Of course, Sabbath mastered them in every way and could not be improved upon. Obviously Sabbath are gods.

  • @mikedonn71 YES THEY ARE MAN!!GLAD U SAID THAT.THE SABBS RULE IM GLAD I GOT TO SEE THE LAST H&H TOUR BEFORE RONNIE PASSED. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF OZZY GOT BACK WITH TONY AND GEEZ AND RECORDEED A FEW CD'S BEFORE THEY DIE OR RETIRE WHICH EVER COMES FIRST.

  • @GRILLBUOY101 death comes b4 retire as musicians such as these never stop playing

  • @mikedonn71 I do think Sabbath are a very influential band. To claim that they are the main reason why other bands started using synthesizers is madness however ^^

  • Black Sabbath!!

  • pertinent question,this.

  • Awsome Album awsome song

  • they rock.

  • Rush is still here check out CARAVAN

  • what happened to good music like this?

  • @91nickt check out witchcraft from sweden, brutus from norway, uncld acid and the deadbeats,etc...there is some bands bringin it back real well.

  • @AaronBaker12345 yeah. I know there are groups out there but you have to dig deep. I'm not trying to be Amerocentric but I wish there were Americans pulling off some cool quality metal besides retardo A7X

  • 60000TH VIEW!!!!!!!!!

    KEEP IT UP ALL!!!

  • Regardless (and I don't think it's meant as pro-Satan at all, not based on stuff band members have later said), it's a fantastic song. Classic metal. :-D

  • I thought this song was, like Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, about their hatred toward the corporate music industry. The same industry that screwed them over.

Look at the lyrics such as "Thought it would be easy from the very start"...

  • @promisedeyes satan

  • @promisedeyes

i think you are talking about "the writ"

it speaks of the vultures in the legal world, and how they screw the artists.

  • @promisedeyes they were talking about t

  • I totally think this song is from the point of view of someone who has a bone to pick with God. Like as in all free thinking human beings.

  • I love listening to this when im high.

  • @kimmmybaby100 Same here. d(:

  • @kimmmybaby100 drugs are bad-- okayyyyy

  • @wassock55 mmkay

  • @wassock55

    but sabbath is good...mmkeey?.... mmkey

  • @wassock55 mmmmkay.....newb

  • @wassock55 funny that you say that on a Sabbath video.

  • @kimmmybaby100 Here Here!

  • @kimmmybaby100 especially to Black Sabbath!

  • @kimmmybaby100 yeah kimmybaby that how I found black sabbath

  • When this song is played backwards the first 44 seconds you can clearly hear a few sentences in the lyrics with other meaning then when played the right way.

    Oh satan the gri... ?

finding in the end when we melted

how we miss him, people ought be free

  • Who is Ozzy signing about in this song? God?

  • @JamesParkour731 ha god that's cute no he's talking about the devil !!

  • Comment removed

  • @ThatsNuthin I've heard many diffeent interpretations. So you believe it's abouth the devil or are you just being sarcastic.

  • your fried..... its chill

  • i'am go get a taco and it's better this is the best comment when i get back

  • This sounds rubbish on YouTube you can only hear the middle range sounds from the track! This album needs superior sound quality from an original vinyl LP and a good amp - unless you've experienced this maybe don't bother commenting?

  • 4o\m/

  • Damn... I forgot how haunting this song really is....it just gave me goose bumps and chills down my spine....freaky, lol Sabbath was so good in the 70's!

  • me!

  • Answer me this riddle Batman. Does anyone know who Ozzy is singing to in this song? There's no prize for a correct answer. P.S. You can't see darkness, therefore how can it be beautiful? It is just that DARKNESS! And GOD is faaaaaar from an illusion my friend. Look into a little further, and Im not suggesting you go to church this Sunday either. If know one posts the right answer I'll do it in a week or so...

  • @markcolman33 Judging by the lyrics it seems to be about the Illuminati or something.

  • @markcolman33 I have no idea but it's been bugging me ever since I got into Black Sabbath. Tell me please...

  • @JamesParkour731

Hey mate. I always thought it was about god or a woman he met. I've no real idea but I guess that's the beauty of good song. You make your own interpretation of it.

  • Answer me this riddle Batman. Does anyone know who Ozzy is singing to in this song? There's no prize for a correct answer. P.S. You can't see darkness, therefore how can it be beautiful? It is just that DARKNESS! GOD is faaaaaar from an illusion my friend. If know one posts the right answer I'll do it in a week or so...

  • Answer me this riddle Batman, does anyone out there have the understanding to answer me this. Who is Ozzy singing to in this song? P.S. You can't see darkness so how can it be beautiful? It is just that, darkness!

  • Rick Wakeman for the win!

  • Back in the day . . . when I dosed a lot . . . I used to listen to this song and project. I got very good at doing things with energy . . . which some folks thought was cool, and others it just scared the fuck out of. This song was an interesting catalyst - and took me to some dark but beautiful places . . . .

  • @rlee64 That's very interesting. Darkness is beauty and God is an illusion.

  • lick up with my!

  • 2:02 I came

  • butthole hairs

  • @sageprovins butthole hairs indeed

  • This has to be one of my favourite Sabbath albums. The cover is their best, no question. The songwriting is just... Genius.

  • those guys are too mad. they can't catch up with God and talk like that to Him. they'll never go into the heaven singing songs like this.

  • @elmariann15 fuck heaven

  • Comment removed

  • @wandererlain ok there's no any problem. Each one has his/her opinion and I accept it. You think the same than ronnie james dio. He says that heaven and hell are here on earth, God and the devil live in us, but I don't think so. =)

  • Comment removed

  • @wandererlain ok, I don't think the same. As I see, you don't believe in God, or do you?

  • Comment removed

  • @wandererlain aaaaaaaaahh I see, I see. But Black Sabbath doesn't stop being crazy :D

  • @elmariann15 I love them all the save. Namaste...

  • @wandererlain i was looking at your argument with wanderlain. You are 15? I am glad that you are a free thinker. But i have a question "In the name of Hell, who are you?" you are going through a change, girls startin to look good? You have no concept of life as an adult.and your attitude gets you to a stone wall.Higher power? what the hell makes you use that term?. Enjoy life and dont grow up too fast. you will miss alot of fun.

  • @TheZayne34 I already missed all the "fun" (if you mean sex). That's what happens when you drop-out of school and from the general public.

  • Comment removed

  • @wandererlain - true, but the truth is rewarding in itself....along with other things that come with the sad-aass truth about life...don't worry about waht old people think...they do not have reign on all, and are sometimes angry because they are no longer young....peace

  • @Superdave1ize Well, I'm still young and not getting any younger. I have no friends my own age and live in perpetual boredom. What do I do, go to college or some shit? I hated school, anyway.

  • @wandererlain Man. That's the most depressing thing I've ever read. The most depressing part is it's all true...

  • @zeppelin1996 The best thing we can do is fight through it without being consumed by self-destruction. Some rock music helps me through. This is one of Sabbath's more darker moments. Never Say Die gives me more of an optimistic boost.

  • @wandererlain fuck man i so relate to that u spoke the truth but you should get a chick man a nice one its not that hard

  • @mentalfeed70 Yeah, easy for you to say. Where the hell do I find one, in a pub in the evening? And, to be honest, I need one, because the loneliness is like a crown of thorns.

  • @wandererlain "majority of mankind is sick, why contribute to the sickness?"

These are indeed words of wisdom my friend. I wish I could argue against your (slightly) cynical view on the world, but I can't. Luckily we have music like this that keeps at least me from going insane, and gives me something to live for that cannot be taken away from me.

  • @JosefK93 Yeah, well, I'd rather piss on the majority of this cunting burning world, but don't think I'd waste my urine. This music does have a positive effect of getting you through all the shit. Thanks for your comment. Shame I have no immediate friends or family to back me up.

  • @wandererlain Have you ever tried Mushrooms or DMT? Or any hallucinogen for that matter?

  • @Mosixman Nope.

  • @wandererlain Try reading some Terrence McKenna or watching some of his videos on Youtube about them.

  • @wandererlain I think you have a scarily pessimistic view of the world. Why do you feel so bad about it? The world is a beautiful place in a lot of ways.

  • @wandererlain Lifes not that shitty dude you have sabbath

  • @wandererlain - You shouldn't ban the whole female species just because you had some kind of bad female experience (assuming that's where you're coming from). Yes, it's true that some women can be bitches like guys can be assholes, but you shouldn't lose heart in people cuz some of us are pretty real and cool. Hailz \../

  • @TheZunigal Removed all those negative comments. I really was having a Black Sabbath lol

    Thanks, anyway.

  • @wandererlain every Sabbath is a Black Sabbath.

  • TAYLOR KIRBY

  • @carlitoswayvideo

    KIRBY AND THESHEPDAWGS

  • 2nd greatest Sabbath album-made love to me bird all night long to this and Sabatoge!

  • @MetallicXXX9

actually, i do my fucking in my right mind.

as for "kid" im 54 years old, annd was listening to real metal when you were in diapers.

  • Who is the song directed to? I haven't looked into it but to me it seems directed to "God" or some Deity of the sort

  • one word: ACID

  • I'm amazed that many people thought this record was the beginning of a decline.

  • CREEPY......reminds me of my friends and i when we were in high school....smoking weed and tripping on acid....and scaring the shit out of people, and the cops fucking hated us....they didn't have "urine drops" like today and we would ride around tripping in a 69' chevy Chevelle with nothing on us....they couldn't do a thing and playing some good ole' metal....damn i miss those dayz

  • @Superdave1ize im 14 and i envy you, even if you would be a poor dead hippie by now.

  • @jamirosmajicrocks - i had bought the car used when i was 18 and the car was almost as almost as old as me, there are fewer and fewer of these models around just like there are fewer and fewer of us old-metal heads.

  • @jamirosmajicrocks wait til your nuts drop and you get hair on em you will have a friggin awesome time!

  • What an awesomely evil band. \m/ Sabbath rules. Gotta love that Moog synth also

  • BLACK SABBATH

  • Sabbath + Rick Wakeman = Total Mastery

  • @ProgressiveNightmare Really? With Rick Wakeman?

  • tato, szanuje ciebie tato

  • just an observation...yes Black Sabbath snorted up the idea of heavy metal and we thank them for that...one thing they dont get credit for..and it is VERY evident in this song...roots of industrial/goth anyone? or am i just on an acid trip alone with that

  • @ThePopeMarijuana Yes' and without sabbath there would be no alternative or grunge either, they made it o.k to play music about the darker side of life!

  • Comment removed

  • @ThePopeMarijuana you you nailed it. There's almost been a... homophobia with keyboards, if that's the right metaphor. Few rock it properly.

  • one of my favorites.

  • 1 person doesn't know who he is.

  • @icoin just one are you sure? man the world is so big and keeps going on so fast .i hate this kind of comments because you say there is just one person, but there will be another one ,and then to the point where you will see 300 more ,so its pointless to say 1 person doesnt know who he is!!

  • 1 person doesn't know who he is.

  • @gunnari14 you're an idiot.
