  • Question. I am new to working out. I am 24, at 6'2 and 225 lbs. I am trying to find out what to do. I have a yoga mat, some dumbells, protein powder, multivitamins, and an ab wheel and some resistance bands. I tried running today and running/jogging for like 30 seconds to a minute, and my lungs/chest had a cool burn in them, I wasn't sure if this was bad as my legs werent even tired. Thanks. I'm just trying to burn fat.
