heey anyone just asking im thing of getting a set up like this but im stuck on getting a randal 50 degree base plate or a 42 degree plate? anyone got any help would be very appreciative.. also the set up im getting is fattail deck, Paris raw trucks, Randall baseplate, with either otang stims orange or cult classic slide wheels.

All I can say about this is that I wish they'd go back to the old clear, spray on grip. It looks better, and you can have fun with your grip designs when the stock wears out.

@MrPoreotix1 I just got a Fattail. I went with 9.5" (174mm) Gunmetal Magnum trucks and they're working out awesome for me. They provide more agility than 180mm trucks and take advantage of the board's concave and flex, while still providing more stability than 150mm trucks. Exploring options and set-ups is half the fun of skateboarding! There's more out there than Paris! FYI, Holey also makes a 174mm truck. Hope I could help. Enjoy the ride! It's a great board!

@xsjadoh sorry, but i had to dig this up. longboards are skateboards! It doesnt matter what kind of skateboard it is, if it feels good to you, ride it however you want. You might be right that he could do some of this stuff BETTER on a "skateboard", but it's hard to say its more enjoyable. Riding around on a tiny board, with tiny hard ass wheels, with stiff trucks is not enjoyable by my definition when im crusing like this. And btw, there is no way that a street skateboard could carve this well
