  • hahahaha lmao'd at 0:43 XD

  • ooooooo....he can tense his stomach muscles.....ammaaaaaazing

  • @Theitisme400 Actually, the point is that he does *not* tense his muscles. He must relax. It requires quite a bit of training, and then there's the psychological part.

  • nice, but taiji means a bit different things...

  • This is so dangerous and reminds me of the stupid backyard wrestling, I've practice Taoist Qigong for ten years doing xing yi nie gong and standing meditation and I,ve never seen or heard any one jumping on a person to test qi/ ying. What a bunch of bull shit, this guy must have shitted out blood after this video.

  • @nitojo7 sure is dangerous for the untrained.

I got to withstand 3 of those jumps from an eight feet ladder, AND from a guy weighing at least 65 kg! myself...(something like 25 yrs ago). Then I was going thru a grading. Alternatively, one can also choose to take a van roll over one's tan tien. Its really was a breeze then.....and sadly... like u say blood, now!

Took me n the rest of my fellow bros. 2 1/2 yrs to be able to handle those feats.

    Cheers

    Northern siao lim with qigong

  • O__O'

  • Yin - passive chi, the power to absorb. Nicely done but I would like to see someone

fuse their yin and yang and exert a chi-ball.

  • omg how you do that?!?i tought only monks could do such stuff after many many years of training...

  • @pavlakhspavlakhs Monks are no more superhuman than the rest of us, practice practice practice is the answer.

  • @mumpump practice makes them superhuman

  • its called quanshu or pugilism but i bet this guy isnt a expert pugilist he can bleed like the rest of us

  • good video and well presented, there is one even better by a guy called andy harris, i think an old student of dan docherty.

  • @mrmasterkungable Yes Ive seen that one, i'ts very good- he has good Gong Fu

  • THIS GUY IS A BULLY.

  • I don't think he's using muscles but only breathing.

  • Very impressive and a bit crazy..

  • congratulations

  • no way!! :O

  • i want to be like you, where do i start?

    ashley,

    melb,australia

  • All these people who say you cannot learn taichi without muscle training are talking rubbish do you think that the people used to do nothing in between training, they used to work in the fields and lift lots!

  • @taichinat Yes but in the first 1 or 2 years of your internal power development your master would tell you to avoid any overstrenous physical activity as the energy aquired from your qigong and neikung practices would go into making your muscles stronger instead of strengthening and concentrating the energy into the bone structure where jing is stored(ie internal power)

  • I don't care what anybody says...that is not easy!

  • People like to bash this stuff and compare it "vs MMA", that is like comparing yin vs yang. Imaging how stronger a MMA fighter can be when practicing this.

  • your right that its like yin and yang. if an mma fighter were to learn this he would be perverting the true purpose. its not so you can beat ppl up. its like in the john chang video on youtube, he's very upset after he starts to show off and ends up drawing his own as well as a girls blood. it went against the teachings.

  • I don't think it is possible to learn real

Tai Chi if you train your muscles at the same time because it reduces your sensitivity.

  • that's true

  • 1. The training for this is yin or "soft", slow and relaxed movement. The "yang" or muscle training comes later. There is no tension (unlike in much iron shirt techniques) so movement and fluidity is not compromised.

    2. Many, many tai chi fakes have taken this to mean you don't train your muscles at all. Rubbish. You must have yin AND yang otherwise you have no balance.

  • @penry1969 real taiji masters don't train muscles.

  • I see a lot of ridicule and scepticism in many comments. I know this sort of training works and learnt the moves to achieve this. I dont think that one should ridicule unless you do the work and then try this.

I would not advise anyone to do this activity without training properly, whatever the internal strength training.
