This is because its a speed run. They allow you to re-record and slow down when you are playing that is how his maneuvers are so unbelievable.

it was done using savestates on an emulator, as I've stated above, the person whose uploaded this being deliberately desceptive with the terms "pure skill" and "speed run" makingit sound as if all this happended in real time on a console.
