@AI3JeWelz well to start off with he probably doesn't play a cheap instrument...... besides a bolt on fender doesnt get that much sustain, and he really didn't use that much sustain to play that solo. You can try putting a "creamy distortion" before a phase 90/stereo chorus, or some pedals do have a sustain knob, so that might help
