YEAH, no reason for pain is ever found in Canada when there is significant injury and workers comp is involved; send your scan's for 2nd opinion;

There are unfortunately becoming more and more of us that understand the situation you are going through. I have been trying to find out why the WCB pays huge dollars to specialists, when they pay no attention to their findings. When their findings and recommendations can be over ruled by that super doctor - the un named Medical Advisor, why don't they just get his opinion and save money? He's so good he can make decisions without even seeing us! Wonder what he gets paid?

In my case, I filed an appeal, before even informing me that my appeal was denied, wcb board member Walter Eberle, spewed information to another sask resident that my appeal was denied; I filed a complaint with sask privacy and it has never been investigated;WHY?

The same thing happened to me ... there is nothing wrong with me. I can't do anything and still try to go to work - new career, hired under Special Needs. WTF are doctors paid to NOT inform patients? To lie? To avoid the truth? Does paying for a Private consult help? Going to the US for a non bias MRI?

Ever notice here in Alberta that any F.O.I.P requests cost $1 per page and half of the information is blacked out due to a legislation on sec15 or 17 where as they can black it out if it causes hardship for a third party? that party can be your employer, Government official or a WCB supervisor, so they can call the shots and you get sh_t on while the decision maker goes unknown, no that is fair and equal treatment, talk to you soon Brent.

Brent Over and Over I hear the same story from seriously injured workers. The system is set up to lie, deceive and cheat there way out of accepting our injuries .
Bones payed to doctors who lie ?
Do case managers get extra bonuses for screwing us ?
Worksafe B.C are criminals, and the same goes for WCB all across Canada. Fight Worksafe B.C

Hey Brent this was fought out in the supreme court to the best of my knowlege and these people are not allowed to use Doctors that have never met you.But them seem to be doing it anyways Maybe you should send you video to Howard Levitt to show how well you have been treated by the wcb
