The only reason I have to admit that I might like this better than Noir is the fact that Noir can be slow... very slow at times. I only came across Madlax as I was looking for Noir, and yeah, the 1st episode of Madlax instantly got me interested. Noir came out years before Madlax tho, so back then, you didn't see anything like Noir imo. Noir was one of a kind.
