  • Business to make world better place - provoking great debate here which I have enjoyed reading. Interested in reading examples of the OPPOSITE of this, and examples where company really seems to get it.

  • Eat and drink with your relatives; do business with strangers.

  • The high quality of a company’s customer experience rarely has anything to do with the high price of their product. Our aim is true slapCompany.

  • Another "guru" spouting BS and theological ideas.

What we need to hear are practical step by step ideas to create successful businesses.

All these stories are just fillers and ways to beat around the bush. This guy seems like he is a good speaker, but doesnt know the subject.

  • WOW. have never heard of this before but he is talking about is EXACTLY what my company does. We make the world a better place. Thank you for this video.

  • We shall hope any pray, most business people I've met are in it for themselves

  • While the dominant argument is one of rights, the concept of net benefit to society is lost.

Is society really better off when punishment includes asset seizure and restrictions after jail that leave the offender no choice but to continue a life of crime.

The message of net benefit also gets lost in the filter of ideology. (Who's world)

I would like to have seen more emphasis on net benefit over the long term. Will society be a better place in a hundred years?

    As always great stuff

  • Yep he is rite. rite should be the basis of all desisions. High society includes common good when making decisions, criminals don't even know how.

  • Patrix Dixon, Do you ever see yourself coming to Georgia anytime in the future?

    Thanks

  • Nice thoughts, but I suspect 'making the world a better place' wasn't the prime motivation for the leaders of many of the recently collapsed financial institutions, let alone for the likes of Madoff or Stanford. Perhaps that's why they failed - although their selfishness worked for a while - will we see a new altruism in financial institutions?

  • @talk74 yes maybe or maybe not find it on 10waysto

  • Thanks Brendon for your kind comments. I come to Australia from time to time but no new dates yet.
