There is more finesse, strategy, different skills than tackle which is perfect for the female athlete.

My gf is a beast cornerback in flag football and she's like...5' 2" and 90 lbs but damn she's fast. She's faster than me and I play strong safety and return punts. We met during one of her practices cause my pops was the head flag football coach.

WOW!! i also play girls flag football!! u know up n NC we have festivals/ tournaments for our "HMONG COMMUNITY" n we have GIRLS n GUYS flag football... yal should really thing about coming up here to play, u can win prize money!! during NOV. that's when we have our biggest festival/ tournament. go check us out on youtube, look up HEISMAN VS COV MAIV FINALS, my team is da one in purple, i play CENTER!!
