Serial number? What serial number? Apple has never had serial numbers for their operating system, because it is not copy protected. Otherwise, I thought the video was entertaining and funny - even though it is completely bonkers about Snow Leopard's seamless installation.

The funny thing is, you can replace Snow Leopard with almost any other OS, and the story will still be the same. Drivers headache is highly annoying, and unfortunately, a lot of manufactures are so lazy that their solution is for you to buy their newer product that "officially" support the new OS. Just look at Vista, how long did it take nVidia to make a proper graphics driver for it? Same thing with printers. My printer technically is Mac compatible, but HP said no, thus no (official) driver.
