  • but why don't you consider the G and the force that you need apply to move it in order not to fall?

    In this case , the equation is going to be :

    Fnet= mg+f- f2

    and the mass here is not mintioned ^_^

  • If friction is 10.8N shouldnt the force F2 be any magnitude more than 10.8N? because if it were the same the brush would be stationary.. right?

    No , the equilibrium dosen't mean only the stationary , it means a constant velocity too (:
