Watching these videos makes me wish I lived in a country where animals have proper rights. I wish I could go to one of these adoption events. What you do is amazing :)
seemingly helpless cats sure have a lot of human allies, don't they. To me personally, joining the HSUS has been one of the most self-satisfying things I've ever done.
Amazing what you have done for these cats; I don't understand why anybody would want to harm them, I love cats. I have to tabby cats they are very happy we adopted them from my friend who had saved them from an evil guy who used to dunk their heads in a bath of hot water, which is probably why my eldest cat is terrified of water. Although I have helped him over come his fear and he now takes a bath when needed. Thanks again for this video love it, x

Do you like the proposed (voted down) plan by the jackass in Utah to allow people to shoot cats? Poison works, but you might kill other animals. Nobody mixes feral cats with domesticated ones. BTW, if you think a domesticated caged cat is "psychologically dead", I'll introduce you to Allie, Sara, Jake, Batman, and dozens of others who are happily living in their new home

these cats were saved from someone who could not even provide basic care. if not for the event, they would have probably been transported to local, and non-local shelters anyways.
There are STILL ~ 170 kitties here that are waiting every day for there forever homes. This isn't over.... PLEASE consider adopting one of these awesome cats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow, I'm so glad I rescued my 'Zoe' from the side of a road in southwest Ohio in the winter of 08' she was sick, starved, dirty, & very pregnant. I brought her home, took her to the vet, got her checked out. Her kittens were all adopted in less than 3 days. Zoe is never further than 10 inches away from me, even follows me to the bathroom. I can't imagine life without Zoe, she's taken over!

Cats are my passion!! My dream is to be able to take part in this type of experience every day! My sister and I plan to start our own animal sanctuary in the near future. I would love to partner with the HSUS in our work ... they are a GREAT organization!!
I just adopted 2 kittens from my local shelter a couple of weeks ago with the 9/11 anniversary here I was flying on that day to see my family and it has really affected me so its so nice to have the comfort of them around thank you for all the help you give to these animals and keep up the good work

Right now I'm sitting in my office with 5 foster kitties waiting to get strong and well for their new home, not 500 just 5 but it helps. The shelter I work at is at capacity with more kittens coming in, if you can visit your local animal shelter-I'm sure they have wonderful cats who also are in dire need of a new forever home, if you cant adopt maybe you could be a foster.

Not that I pretend to know people I haven't spent time with, but I'm pretty sure that everyone in this video is a good person. You can't love animals like that and be a bad guy.
Hsus please check out "Pets on death row" on facebook, the animal care and control in brooklyn and manhattan are putting down so many cats and dogs, its such a disgrace, is there anything that can be done?

I have 3 rescued kitties that call me mom. Our 4th passed away last year. Thank you HSUS for all that you do for all animals who cannot speak for themselves. As the saying goes:" We are their voice." The video is superb. My 8 year old wants to adopt all the kitties on the video.

I can't tell you how overwhelmingly joyful this video made me feel. I have spent a lifetime unofficially saving and placing animals as much as I possibly could. I have had disappointments and seen heartache and have despaired of the callous indifference to the pain and suffering of animals on the part of humans. This makes me believe that I should never give up hope; there ARE people out there who care and go out of their way to show compassion and work at making things better. THANK YOU!!!!

Awww...It's things like this that remind me why I started working at an animal shelter in the first place. All the stress and emotional/physical exhaustion can be so well worth it.

There's no way you can't smile watching this. I hope to be able to adopt a cat some day I have a 4 1/2 lbs. papillon that I got from a lady that my Mom works with. She is the runt of her litter, and still is I love her so much. She a special needs baby, but is special in everyway I glad I got her. I'd love to give a cat a good home, maybe a special needs cat. I don't have a whole lot of money but I make sure I only take as much as I can care for.
