I know what you mean, the song 'The Comedown' doesn't acturaly sound like its had much thought into it.

There isn't any unique parts to it at all they get stuck in your head and make you wanna listen to it over and over.

If thats there new genre then i at least hope the other songs will be better cus otherwise there guna go down in rateings big time.

its not gonna fuck up their sound...its called "experimentation"..you look through the back catolouges of most bands and they've all done something like that..maybe not on a full album but with a few songs..so they can find a perfect blend and itll still be good..besides i bet they come back with a 3rd album that does take edge of your seat&count your blessings style and mix it the style onsuicide season..am lookin forward to the new album

A lot more musically diverse, the riffs are cleaner, drums are more in time, not as much weird timing such as in Pray for Plagues, And Oli sounds more whiney tbh and repeats himself a lot...
