That's just cheap. Can you get it anywhere else?
It's in ALAP 3 in the yard on top of the podium in the middle of the grass.
to be honest, i didnt even know that you could fail this level (or any ofthe saturn rings levels) until one day i decided, "hey, lets go grab that robot!"
