You can also use different sizes of pvc pipe - or anything similar - to create the same effect. I refer to them in my book (sandcastles made simple) as "dome donuts."

Its a ball tool make by a 8th ball, the curvature determines the size of the ball. So in Theory you should be able to slice of an 88th of a tenis ball and make one yourselfs. Take the lip off though else it wont work :)
