Now I have come back to it as the Ho'oponopono notion has crossed my path again (funny how the universe gifts us that way!)....I am enjoying learning more about it and applying it. Letting go is really one of the secrets to much more peace - I learned that a long time ago and love how you speak of it here.

Yes, it has been misappropriated and commercialized, but basically is a very simply, kind and loving attitude towards day-to-day life
