And with the heart and spade kisses was actually when Keiichi challenged Hild. He said "hang on a moment, if you ask Urd to go back with you, she can't refuse" (or something like that) Hild did not like that. A little later Hild, privately, asked Belldandy if she could have Keiichi and Bell flat out said no. Hild said "you're just like him. Just like that part I always hated about him" and nothing else happened on the matter.
