However, I have deduced that it was from constant slouching from since my early youth and carrying heavy book bags. Docs disagree but I just know it has to be. I slouched cuz' of my low self esteem. When I finally stood up with good posture for the first time, I felt weird, but so good. It might be alleviated a little, with core exercise and therapy.
