Problem is, it's only rarely DONE right. While we're on the subject of PR anyway, try to dig up the german dub of PR, preferably of the more recent series. Then you'll see why some people hate dubs.

i gotta say the voice the used for divatox sounds allot like a few other female dominatrix style villains. i guess some would call it a classic style voice. like how akuma from street fighter sounds classic.

Divatox here sounds like she's voiced by the Woman who played Gara in Dairanger. That's kind of awsome.

Wouldn't surprise me if all the voices are former Sentai actors. Divatox has no counterpart in Carranger, whose main villain Exhaus became a monster of the week, Goldgoyle, in Power Rangers Turbo's finale, Chase into Space. He destroyed the Zords (mecha) unlike in Carranger.

I know for certain that all the charactors in power rangers were voiced by actors from prior Sentai cast. I know for certain that the actress who played Mei in Zyuranger voiced Kimberly in Mighty Morphin and the woman who played Ban Dora voiced Rita Repulsa. This pattern of dubbing power ranger shows into Japanese ceased with the end of Lost Galaxy.

Yeah, Time Force and Wild Force resembled their Japanese versions (Timeranger and Gaoranger) greatly so it would be like reaired those series with few changes. Plus after Disney took over it hasn't been the same.
