I'm an American who lives in China and has studied China extensively for years. China most certainly does not advocate child labor, gender inequality, or indentured servitude. China has the greatest gender equality in East Asia (though it lags behind the west) and employment of anyone under 18 is nearly non-existent. Indentured servitude? That's the first I'm hearing of it. Maybe fascist, but above all their system is unmistakenly Chinese. Consider it an industrial Tang.
This economy crisis is affecting everyone because i have to pay $50 dollar more for my college tuition in Georgia because the government wants to balance their budget. And i don't even want to mention the taxs.

But believe me it IS filthy, poluted, with scum everywhere. People can be really gross like not wearing deodorant or spitting inside buildings. There should be an international effort to provide internet and one computer to every household in the world. Instead of traveling thousands of miles and spending a life's savings trying to find some crappy job, people in rural areas could be searching online for that job and maybe even creating a virtual business. Rich people who spend their wealth unwisely (Paris Hilton, anyone?) need to reevaluate their place and impact on the world.

Many of my Chinese friends working for HP, Compaq, AMD & Intel moved there for a higher quality of life in the late 1990's
They aren't taxed illegally on wages they earn like the poor American workers

There were several parts whereby the cinematographers used a graduated Colkin filter that creates an artificial dark orange haze in the sky
You will see it used in many movies if you are familiar to the effect it creates
