@chevyislife, your logic is anything but accurate. I won't argue with someone who will not check their facts. Whales do not have 8 babies a year, they have one. This does not take into account the mother whales they kill, leaving the baby to starve to death because it doesn't have milk. So they kill two whales with one shot. By your logic, the blue whale would then be plentiful. Where is it? The humpback is on the endangered list, but yet these criminals kill them as well.

Clearly the YM3 makes a turn to port (0:14?). Whether the YM3 intended to avoid a collision by turning to port or not, that was a dangerous decision to make (a turn to starboard would have been correct, but it was possibly too late for that).
