He's actually a really good singer, you wouldn't think so, but he is. But can't play piano that well, I mean he can play it okay, but all he's really doing is playing chords, which isn't very hard.

He's so sweet in this song cos he sounds so innocent and cute, whihc he isn't... but still! I love it when he starts yelling at the voice over...

yeah i guess, it makes the song seem more original and home made, plus makes the singing sound better, so simple piano playing is probably more suited for what he does...

Can you play piano? I'm not having a go at you, thats a genuine question. What's the difference between playing chords and playing the piano well?? I'm not musical so I wouldn't know, I just thought all piano playing sounds the same. I think he's really good either way.

Playing chords is just playing three or four notes at once, like in most popular music there will be a backup guitar just playing chords. A full piece of piano music will have a complicated chord pattern for one hand and then the melody for the other. This piece is just a series of relatively simple chord progressions (ie, playing a Cmajor-chord, E-major, G-major etc.)

i just started playing piano (im only 13 btw) and its really hard to get the chords right and stuff but my teacher(piano) says that im progressing very far considering i only started a few weeks ago your right it is hard in some popular songs

ive played guitar for about 4 years now and when i first started it was hard as **** to get the chords and notes right. but after getting them down everything else came alot easier and faster.
