Fantastic response and you did all you could, very moving watching you try to bring the old man back and very sad he didn't make it. You guys deserve a hell of a lot more recognition for the job you do. Its sad that kids look up to people like David Beckham or Katie Price, when they should be looking at people like you, the real heroes of Britain !

This brings back memories, the teleprinter bell going off used to make your heart skip a beat, then the fire bell going down. Excelent video, the management of the LFB should watch this to remind themselves as to why we are there.

sleeping at night waiting for a shout out like a shot when the bells go these lad's are the best everyone have a smoke alarm in every home they save lives and these fire men tray there very best to save lifes. WELL DONE LADS .

My house burnt down in Sep of 2008 and was trapped for couple of minutes but luckily we got out. The only thing that stopped us getting out was the smoke, I think thats what they don't highlight on fire safety at schools, you can't even describe the smoke or the smell it's like nothing I have ever smelt or seen before it doesn't even move fast it just creeps along ... will never forget the response me and my family got from Wiltshire Fire brigade... amazing people
