The Nia experience with Ann is awesome! Ann is a great trainer. I have participated in two Nia trainings with Ann. I travelled to SA and to London, all the way from Israel to spend a week with her mastery. Ann brings athletic excellence, in the true Olympic sense, to Nia. It is awe inspiring to watch her work. To learn from her. Ann is a generous teacher. She gives and gives and gives. I am truly inspired by her on every level - professional and personal. She is a true Master of Nia.
