I don't know, I don't really clean my atomizers, just throw them away once they're dead, but i'm sure you can drain this. And yes its just ptb in the carts, every other e cig i've bought so far had a polyfil kinda stuffing inside it this is the first one that comes standard with ptb.

how do you clean the carts and the atomizer?
it looks like the ptb just sits in the cart, don't other models have the fiber inside a sleeve inside the cart?
