I'm Indian....and I'd say China wins out by and large. Thing is TEAM WORK and NATIONAL SPIRIT. We have NONE and it always does us in. But one thing about CHina is that in the University scene, like Peking University, it is just impossible to put forth radical ground breaking thought.
In Peking university, they have "counselling sessions" that actively seek 2 discourage students from breaking away from the mainstream way of thinking. Except for Expression Freedom, China reigns superior.
