Never understood how Chris got the job in the first place, but I think he's gotten a lot better over the years. Mike, on the other hand, was always more knowledgeable and thoughtful, but so arrogant and inpatient, Chris has become the more enjoyable one to hear.
Their sum is greater than their parts,,Chris gets hurt if they split,,,much more so than would Mike,, Chris provides the fun and the humor,,,but Mike is the genius ..He cannot be replaced... Chris would be wise to suck it up...He rode Mikes coatails to fame and fortune...
Chris is right . . When your together for over 20 years . . fights and arguments are bound to happen ! .. No big deal . . They are still the best talk sports radio guys in the business !
I like Mike Francesca more than Chris Russo. Mike Francesca appears to be smarter. People stumble over their words when trying to talk as fast as they normally do at present time. I would like to see them for a long time. I just wish they did longer segments and interviews on sports issues such as business and law. And I would like to see better coverage of ice hockey during the playoffs and regular season. The New York metropolitan area has three teams!
Chris is much better alone..when he is with Fatsaysyeah, he turns as arrogant as that fat jerk. Alone he is respectful & funny and you can tell he enjoys working with just the fans. Fatso is a bully, arrogant and a know it all. He treats the fans like crap, if you dont agree with him and is always kissing Fat Parcells's ass. Chris tells it like it is 90% of the time. Chris takes it in stride and admits mistakes. Fatsaysyeah's ratings will suffer without Chris.
when they do shows themselves I like dog better than ike,, Dog seems to get more excited and happy when he is by himself and I like that, when Mike is by himself, he repeats himself all the time, he takes forever to say something, he is boring and sometimes is lost,, if they split i would like to see dog have his own show,, and why r they fighting anyway?? they do a sports show,, they r suppose to argue, Mike is way to sensative
Love em both, i think the amazing times they've shared and the love of sports as a common thread in there relationship should flourish.. and put in perspective how much they are alike and really strengthen there relationship as time passes. I think when them being on the air is all said and done, the strains/tribulations that go along with it - they will be the bested of buddies when this is all said and done, all the memories they've shared.

He fucking lied. That was so uncool to his fans for 20 years. I'll miss him, but Mike was clearly the more honest of the two about this situation.
